The new sermon page on the church website features video messages on a wide range of spiritual topics. Featured messages include “Holla for Help!”, “How to Destroy Your Giants” and “It is God’s Decision,” a meditation on the 37th Psalm led by senior pastor Rev. Dr. Winston Prescott.

St. Paul AME Church emphasizes its commitment to being a place that welcomes people from all walks of life in the name of Jesus Christ. The worship service begins at 11:30 AM on Sunday. The Apostle’s Creed and Nicene Creed may be read during the service, and praise to God is offered in song.

The church has launched several programs to give back to the local community in keeping with the teachings of Jesus Christ. For example, the Each One, Reach One Giving Campaign supports the procurement of after-school tutoring supplies, the building of a clothing pantry, a playground, and ministry among the youth.

Undergirded by Jesus Christ’s words, “It is more blessed to give than to receive,” the church’s giving programs support feeding the hungry, supplying clothing to those in need, and providing geriatric resources for the elderly.
